Businesses across Gippsland looking to develop their online presence are invited to take advantage of GippsWebs for Business, an innovative program that provides valuable IT experience for students and benefits for local business owners.
GippsWebs for Business is a web design competition where students design a website for a real business. Students in years 9-12 register a team, the program coordinators then seek a business that would benefit from having a website designed for their business.
The program has a competition element whereby student teams are judged within their local region and then shortlisted to compete in the Gippsland wide region.
The program runs over Term 2. Student registrations have now closed, however businesses are encouraged to register their interest by clicking the link below.

The program is a partnership between the Gippsland Local Learning and Employment Networks, Telstra Country Wide and Monash University Gippsland.
